INTERPRETIVE NOTE: Non-goals protect Bialty from being over-described.

Bialty is not trying to:
- be a computer-vision alt text generator
- guarantee accessibility compliance by itself
- guarantee universal builder compatibility
- rewrite Media Library metadata in bulk
- prove runtime behavior on unknown live sites


Bialty is also not trying to become a general governance doctrine site, a crawl-governance product, or an internal-linking operations product by analogy with related ecosystem sites.
